Coaching

I am here with you every step of the way in your journey through sobriety. I will be your cheerleader, your unconditional support system, your safe space, and YES, I will hold you accountable to your goals and vision for this new life you are creating. We will work together as a collaborative team to create the environment you need to meet your goals.

Assessment and Evaluation.

We will begin with an honest evaluation of where you currently are and what you would like to bring into your life. I want to understand what has made you who you are, what your struggles and aspirations are, and what your vision is moving forward. This is the time to ask me any questions about my own journey so that we can establish a deeper connection. This is a relationship of trust, connection, communication and I want you to ask me anything at all that will help facilitate this partnership.

Self-Awareness

Self-awareness is often the key to moving forward. In sobriety, we need to do some deep inner work in order to cultivate self-awareness. After living in a state of constant detachment from who we really are, this can be quite challenging. I’ve been there, and I know how both difficult and liberating the process of establishing deep self-awareness can be. We will work together to help you identify old patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and identify limiting beliefs. We are often led by subconscious negative self-talk that we need to become aware of in order to break free of the patterns that keep us stuck. We all have stories we tell ourselves that are quite often self-sabotaging and simply untrue. It is time to become aware of and change the narrative. We will use our one=on-one coaching sessions along with resources and tools I will provide to bring this negative self-talk out into the open and begin integrating healthier, positive self-talk in order to shift your mindset.

Goal Setting

I will help you identify, get clear on, and move towards your goals. Most of us have several goals in relation to different aspects of our lives, and we will take a holistic approach by understanding that these various goals are interconnected. In sobriety, there is a lot of healing that needs to take place as we establish our new lives. We can start small, by establishing micro-goals to get the momentum going, build confidence & trust in yourself and keep you motivated as we move towards your larger goals. I know how easily we can become overwhelmed when thinking of goal-setting, and I think it’s important to first establish confidence and motivation.

Process Your Past in A Safe Place

I believe it is impossible to move forward without acknowledging and processing your past. We will continue to remain stuck in old mindsets, patterns, and habits until we do. I provide a safe, judgment-free space for you to release the past and free yourself of its grip on you so that you can move forward.

Get Empowered

You are, indeed, a bad-ass warrior. The fact that you are sober proves this. Now it’s time to own it! I think it’s easy to forget how much agency we really have over our lives. Many of us have to shift our mindset to one of empowerment. Much of our work together will keep this as a focus.

Accountability & Motivation

It is important to have someone who is not only an unwavering part of your support system but also a source of accountability. During our weekly one-on-one sessions, we will review your goals to evaluate how you are progressing towards them. We will evaluate, adjust, and adapt your approach to these goals as needed to ensure that you remain motivated and moving towards the life that you want in sobriety.

The New You

I want you to be equipped with the tools and confidence to embrace your life in sobriety. The goal of my coaching is for you to cultivate sustainable and joyful sobriety and embrace this new life you have created for yourself. I want you to ultimately move into a state of balance and abundance.
